为提升群众性文化活动参与度,推进公共文化服务内容提质增效,发挥文旅融合资源优势,深化以文塑旅、以旅彰文,聚焦城市人文特色,特举办“瞬影街巷·此刻万象”——2026第八届杭州街头摄影展系列活动,通过镜头语言对话东方美学,向世界讲述杭州的城市故事,为杭州增添世界的多彩元素,用光影定格城市街头瞬间,欢迎广大摄影家及摄影爱好者踊跃投稿。 一、 组织机构 /主办单位/ 杭州市文化广电旅游局 杭州市文学艺术界联合会 /承办单位/ 杭州市文化馆 (杭州市非物质文化遗产保护中心) 杭州市摄影家协会 杭州市萧山区文化馆 /协办单位/ 杭州市旅游协会旅游摄影分会 二、 征稿内容 作品需围绕“瞬影街巷·此刻万象”这一主题,内容积极向上,打造具有影响力的城市街头影像名片。街拍元素主要包括: 1.城市焕新——涵盖科技进步、人工智能应用、城市发展新貌等; 2.人文赓续——涵盖世界文化遗产之美、历史传承赓续、习俗节庆活动等。 拍摄杭州吴越三十景(详见附件1)、良渚文化等相关内容优先征集。 三、 征稿时间 2026年5月22日—10月7日 四、 组别设置 大赛相机组(含航拍器)、手机组、AI创作组组别,共50幅(组)作品(以下统称件),均颁发荣誉证书。 1.相机组(含航拍器)作品(共21件) 特别作品:1幅(组),版权费10000元 佳作作品:2幅(组),版权费2000元/件 优秀作品:3幅(组),版权费1000元/件 入围作品:15幅(组),版权费300元/件 2.手机组作品(共21件) 特别作品:1幅(组),版权费5000元 佳作作品:2幅(组),版权费1000元/件 优秀作品:3幅(组),版权费500元/件 入围作品:15幅(组),版权费200元/件 3.AI创作组作品(共8件) 特别作品:1幅(组),版权费1000元 佳作作品:2幅(组),版权费500元/件 优秀作品:5幅(组),版权费200元/件 注:入选作品版权费均为税前,由执行单位向入选者给付,并从其中代扣代缴个人所得税。所有入选作品的版权均为永久使用权,需签订合作协议。 五、 评选规则 10月中下旬,由专家评审团共同评审并公布第八届杭州街头摄影展入围名单(拍摄杭州街头的作品将在评审中优先考虑)。 六、 参赛规则 1.国内外所有摄影家、摄影爱好者均可参赛。作者国籍、语言、年龄等均不限。 2.作品需经由官方指定邮箱投稿,不接收纸质及其他媒介投稿。 3.仅限2024年1月起至大赛征稿结束期间拍摄的作品。如果组照作品用于反映发展变化,需体现时间推进的主题,可以有部分照片(不超过一半)在规定时间外拍摄。不符合此项要求的作品,一经查实,将取消参赛资格。同时谢绝往届或其他杭州市级摄影赛事已获奖作品投稿。 4.相机组(含航拍器)及手机组参赛作品传统、数码、黑白、彩色不限。后期处理可适度调整色彩、反差、亮度,不得违背拍摄对象客观真实属性,不得进行合成、添加、大幅度改变色彩等技术处理。 5.AI创作组参赛作品可基于原有摄影素材进行后期创作,谢绝AIGC文生图,投稿前请认真阅读附件2。 6.投稿时,参赛作品长边不小于2000像素,大小不超过5MB。单幅、组照不限,组照每组限4-8幅(每组为1件作品)。投稿时其他需注明的内容包括:作品名称、作者、联系电话、联系地址、拍摄地点、拍摄时间、作品创作感想(200字以内),如团体送件还需注明选送单位。 7.参赛作品必须为原创,参赛者拥有完全的知识产权。作者对投稿作品拥有充分、完全、排他的著作权。若出现侵犯第三方的著作权、肖像权、名誉权等其他知识产权或专有权利,其法律责任由投稿作者承担。 8.主承办、协办单位有权在著作权存续期内,以复制、发行、展览、放映、信息网络传播、宣传设计素材、汇编等方式使用入选作品,并不再额外支付其他费用。 9.评选结果公布后,主办方将统一调取获奖作品的原始图像(JPG最高格式压缩文件建议不低于7MB,须含有完整的exif数据,胶片拍摄的请扫描底片,AI创作组需提供作品素材对应的原始图像及相关创作信息,详见附件2)。投稿者务必在规定的时间内向主办方提交,逾期或不按作品要求提供者视为自动放弃资格。 10.荣誉证书可作为申请加入杭州市摄影家协会会员的条件之一。 11.本次大赛不收取参赛费,不退稿。 12.凡投稿者,即视为已同意并遵守本征稿启事之所有规定,主办方拥有本次比赛活动的最终解释权。 七、 投稿方式 将摄影作品以邮件方式发送至2026第八届杭州街头摄影展官方指定邮箱投稿。 投稿邮箱:hzjtsy2026@163.com 八、 投稿咨询 联系人:常老师、白老师; 联系电话:0571-85332744/85384311。 附件1:“吴越三十景”详细内容.docx 附件2:关于AI创作组作品的征稿与评审说明.docx (杭文广旅游局〔2026〕23号)杭州市文化广电旅游局杭州市文学艺术界联合会关于举办“瞬影街巷·此刻万象”——2026第八届杭州街头摄影展系列活动的通知.pdf To enhance the participation of the public in cultural activities,improve the quality and efficiency of public cultural services,leverage the advantages of cultural and tourism integration,deepen the concept of"culture shaping tourism"and"tourism highlighting culture",focus on the urban cultural characteristics,we are organizing the"Fleeting Alleys,Myriad Moments"-the 8th Hangzhou Street Photography Exhibition 2026 Series.Through the language of the camera,we engage in a dialogue with Eastern aesthetics,tell Hangzhou's urban stories to the world,and infuse the city with diverse global perspectives.We will capture the moments on the city streets with light and shadow.We sincerely invite all photographers and photography enthusiasts to submit their works. Competition Rules 1.Photographers and photography enthusiasts from both domestic and international sources are all eligible to participate.There are no restrictions on the author's nationality,language,or age. 2.The works should be submitted via the official designated email.Paper submissions or those via other media are not accepted. 3.Only works taken from January 2024 until the end of the competition submission period are eligible.For group photos that require time progression to reflect changes,a portion of the photos(no more than half)can be taken outside the specified time frame.Works that do not meet this requirement will be disqualified once verified.Additionally,submissions of previous or other municipal-level photography competitions'award-winning works are not accepted. 4.Entries in both the Camera(including drones)and Mobile categories may be traditional,digital,black and white,or color.Post-processing can adjust color,contrast,and brightness moderately but must not alter the objective reality of the subject,including no compositing,addition,or significant color modification. 5.The entries of the AI creation group can incorporate creative post-processing based on the original photographic materials.Works based on AIGC(Artificial Intelligence Generated Content)text-to-image generation are not accepted.Please refer to Appendix 2 for details before submitting your entries. 6.When submitting your entries,the longest side of the artwork should be no less than 2000 pixels and the file size should not exceed 5MB.There is no limit on the number of individual or group photos.Each group of photos should consist of 4 to 8 images(each group represents one piece of work).Other information that needs to be indicated when submitting includes:the title of the work,the author,contact phone number,contact address,shooting location,shooting time,and creative thoughts about the work(within 200 words).The submitting organization(if any)should also be indicated. 7.All entries must be original and submitted by the copyright holder,who must possess full,complete,and exclusive rights to the works.Any legal liabilities arising from infringement of third-party copyrights,portrait rights,personal rights,or other intellectual properties will be borne by the submitter. 8.The main organizing and coordinating units have the right to use the selected works during the copyright protection period through means such as reproduction,distribution,exhibition,screening,information network dissemination,promotion of design materials,and compilation,without additional remuneration. 9.After the results of the selection are announced,the organizers will uniformly retrieve the original images of the winning works(the highest format compressed file in JPG format should be no less than 7MB,and must contain complete exif data.For film shooting,the negative should be scanned.The AI creation group needs to provide the original images of the work materials and related creative information,please refer to Appendix 2 for details).The contributors must submit to the organizers within the specified time.Those who fail to do so or do not provide according to the requirements of the works will be regarded as automatically losing their qualification. 10.The honorary certificate can be regarded as one of the conditions for applying to join the Hangzhou Photographers Association. 11.There is no entry fee for this competition,and entries will not be returned. 12.By submitting an entry,participants agree to abide by all the rules of the call for entries.The organizers hold the final interpretation rights of the competition.
