由亚洲教育北京论坛、中国青年报社、中国高校传媒联盟联合主办的2016第十一届亚洲大学生摄影大赛于2016年5月4日正式启动。本届大赛主题为：年轻的观看，旨在通过青年们的独特视角，用镜头展现时代转型中的生活气息与民族特色。大赛立足国内，面向世界，现向国内外各高校在校学生征集优秀摄影作品。
作品征集时间2016年5月4日—
8月21日，本次大赛分相机、手机两类作品，参赛者可以通过官方网站和官方微信公号提供作品。作品须注明题目、作者姓名、学校、手机号。每人可提交1-5张单幅照片。鼓励有创新意识的作品参赛。
一、相机类作品投稿：
参赛者登录亚洲青年摄影网（www.asia-photo.org）注册,在线提交参赛作品，系统将提示上传成功信息，活动工作人员将审核作品，符合要求的作品将尽快出现在作品展示页中，与本次活动无关或不符合要求的照片将被删除。
作品须原创作品，必须保留数码照片拍摄信息，否则视为无效。文件类型为JPEG，每幅作品经适当压缩，最大不超过500KB，图片长宽比例尽量维持4:3。获奖名单公布后，获奖者须尽快将本人真实有效信息、身份证影印件及获奖作品的最大尺寸原始数码照片发至大赛指定邮箱asia_photo@163.com，作为领奖的依据。
二、手机类作品投稿：
参赛者将手机拍摄作品发至活动官方微信公号：守候微光。
三、网友投票：
2016年9月19日-9月30日，网友们可以通过官网、微信两个通道接收进行投票，选出网友最喜爱的获奖图片。
四、本届大赛奖项设置：
一等奖2名：相机类、手机类各1名，奖励价值5000元人民币的奖品，颁发荣誉证书1本,纪念台历1册；
二等奖6名：相机类、手机类各3名，奖励价值1000元人民币的奖品，各颁发荣誉证书1本,纪念台历1册；
三等奖10名：相机类、手机类各5名，奖励价值500元人民币的奖品，各颁发荣誉证书1本,纪念台历1册；
优秀奖20名：相机类、手机类各10名，奖励价值200元人民币的奖品，各颁发荣誉证书1本,纪念台历1册；
今年增设最受网友喜爱奖：相机类、手机类各1名，奖励价值3000元人民币的奖品，各颁发荣誉证书1本，纪念台历1册。
The 11th University Asian Students photography contest
The Asian Students Photography Exhibition was initiated by Education Forum for Asia and China Youth Daily at the 2006 Annual Conference of the Education Forum for Asia. China University Media Union has participated in the event since 2008.
This event is available to all university students in the Asia Pacific Region and beyond. It is committed to representing a rich Asian culture and civilization to a wider range of people and on a deeper level. Through Photography, students exchange their artistic touch and aesthetic sense regarding their countries’ longstanding customs and traditions,magnificent geographic features, diversified demographics, and whatever beauty they can find to express the unique spirit of Asia.
Since the first grand festival in 2006, the “Asian Students Photography Exhibition ” has been successfully held for ten consecutive years, collecting over 50.000 photographs from more than 30 Asian ＆ Pacific countries and regions, as well as countries from other continents. Among all these participant photographs, 362 have been selected as excellent ones. The photograhphs are from students in Greater China, the Republic of Korea, Mongolia, Japan, Vietnam, Nepal, Malaysia, India, United Arab Emirates, Kazakhstan, Great Britain and The United States, and even more, Kirti Nidhi Bista, Former Prime Minister of Nepal, Lee Soo Sung, Former Prime Minister of the Republic of Korea, Chen Zhili, Former State Councillor of PRC, He Luli, former vice chairperson of standing committee of NPC of PRC and central chairperson of MDC, Zhou Ji, Minister of Education of PRC, Long Yongtu, former secretary-general of Boao Forum for Asia, and other statesmen and important persons from home and abroad have presented awards to the winning students. They all think very highly of this exhibition. All these selected works will be on a tour display after the exhibition in domestic and foreign schools and educational institutions.

5. Arrangements:
1) Photo Collection: May 4th to August 7th, 2016. All of initially selected pictures will be displayed on the official website and official wechat official account during this period.
2) Preliminary Evaluation: Sep. 18th , 2016
3) Final evaluation: Sep. 8th， 2016
4) Public announcement for winners: Sep. 18th， 2016
5） Award Ceremony will be held in chengdu at the opening ceremony of ”2016 education forum for asia annual conference ”this november.
6. Activity Contents:
1) Eligibility
All students in the Asia and Pacific region and even beyond are welcomed to participate in this event. There is no restriction on the age, gender, religion of the participant.
2) Pictures taken via camera and mobile phone alike are accepted in order to encourage broader participant.
I. Pictures should have a theme the healthy-mind, be of characteristics of concurrent times.
II. Advocate the innovation touch to bring strong visual effect or impact.
III. Pictures should be rich in content, profound in meaning and dynamic in expression, to explore the theme from multiple perspectives.
IV. Encourage creative works, prohibit to PS pictures. Each participant is allowed to submit 1-5 pictures. Please also indicate the brand of the camera or mobile phone, its mode, and his/her complete contat informations.
7. Guide to Photo Upload
1) Candidates have to log onto the official website of the exhibition (www.asia-photo.org) to rregister and then submit the works online (Introduction to registration and photo-uploading procedures are avialable on the web page shortly, while those which do not meet the requirements will be deleted automatically).
2) The system will give notification of a successful uploading. a success. Our staff will examine the uploaded works. Those which meet the requirements of the exhibition will appear shortly on the web page, while those which do not meet the requirements will is deleted automatically.
3) The original digital information of the photos must be kept, otherwise they will be regarded as invalid.
4) The uploaded photos must be in JPEG format, and each piece of work can not exceed to 280KB, try to maintain the length-width ratio of the image as 4:3.
5) As soon as the winners are announced. They must send their valid information (the photocopy of ID / passport and the original digital photo of maximum size) to the assigned mailbox asia_photo@163.com. The award will be regarded as invalid either if the winner can’t provide documents mentioned above, or the supplement information is incoherent with the original resigered information.
8. Users Vote
Netizens will vote for their favorite photos in the campaign “Best Photo(s)”on the official website www.asia-photo.org and the official wechat account-zqbsyb from Sep. 19th and 30th 2016. The result will be officially released at the openning ceremony of “2016 Education Forum for Asia Annual Conference” this November in Chengdu, winner(s) will be invited to attend the awarding ceremony.
9. Winners and Prizes
There will be 2 grand prize winners (1 for camera, 1 for mobile phone), 6 second place winner (3 of cameras, 3 for mobile phones), and 10 third winners (5 for camera, 5 for mobile phone) selected. The exhibiton judges will also select 20 photographs for Works of Excellence Awards.
Grand prize winner will receive a certificate along with a package equivalent to the valued of 5000 RMB.
Second place winners will receive a certificate along with a package equivalent to the valued of 2000 RMB.
Third place Winners will receive a certificate along with a package equivalent to the valued of 500 RMB.
Excellent Work Award Winners will receive a certificate along with a package equivelent to the valued of 200 RMB.
Also, collections of photographs will be distributed to winners.
Remarks for Attentions:
1) The candidates must have the copyright and ownershup of the Exhibition works. The works must have not been published before. The candidates are not allowed to copy or imitate others’ works. If a fraud has been substantiated after investigation, the candidate will be disqualified and the canceled award will not be supplemented by any chances. If the award has been taken, the organizers hold the right to ask the recipient to return it.
2) The copyright of the prizewinning works(except signature right) belongs to the organizers, who have rights to use the works in the relevant spectacle, in publication, the advertisement, in publicity and so on without paying extra remuneration. No third party is entitled to reproduce them or use them for any commercial purposes without permissons.
3) The candidate should bear all legal responsibilities for the consequences caused by portrait right, honors, copyright related to the exhibition works. The organizers, who are not liable for the consequences caused by above mentioned, and who reserve the rights to ask for candidates ti recover to losses. .
4) If the exhibition works get involved in immoral contents such as pornography, violence, and bloodiness, the organizers have rights to remove them from the website.
5) The organzing committee will not assume the responsibility if the award is damaged damaged or lost tafter they are sent.
6) Staff of the host organizations and evaluation jury of this exhibition can not participate in this exhibition.
7) Once students take part in the competition. They are considered to be informed by above-mentioned regulations.
8) The organizers reserve the right of final interpretation.
