  尊敬的各位老师、家长及参赛选手:大家好!
  首先,组委会衷心感谢广大美术培训机构、学校、老师、家长以及小朋友们对“2026国际少年儿童绘画艺术公益大赛”的关注、支持与积极参与。
  本次大赛原定作品征集截止时间为2026年5月20日。赛事进行期间,组委会陆续收到众多培训机构、指导老师及参赛家庭的咨询与建议,希望适当延长征稿时间,让更多孩子拥有展示艺术才华的机会,同时也为已报名参赛的小朋友提供更加充裕的创作与完善作品的时间。
  经组委会研究决定:

  此前已经提交的所有参赛作品均正常参与评审,参赛资格及相关权益不受任何影响,请各位参赛选手放心。
  已经完成投稿的小朋友,也可在本次大赛三个主题范围内继续创作,并追加提交新的作品。
  同时,欢迎更多学校、美术培训机构及个人选手积极参与本次活动,在新的截止日期前完成作品提交。

  一,大赛宗旨
  本次大赛旨在为全球少年儿童搭建一座跨越文化与地域的艺术桥梁,通过创意的笔触激发孩子们的艺术想象力、创造力与国际视野。
  鼓励原创表达,培养创新思维与审美素养;
  促进文化交流,增进不同国家和地区少年儿童之间的理解与友谊;
  展示新时代少年儿童积极向上的精神风貌与艺术创造力。
  二,参赛对象及分组:
  以加拿大和中国地区为主要征稿对象,但不限制国家、地区或族裔。凡3-18岁少年儿童均可报名参加。面向全球3—18岁少年儿童开放报名。
  按年龄段分组评审:
  幼儿组:3–6岁
  儿童组:7–10岁
  少年组:11–14岁
  青年组:15–18岁
  各组分别评审,并独立设置奖项。
  三,参赛类别
  绘画类:水彩、油画、丙烯、马克笔、中国画等
  书法类:软笔或硬笔书法
  手工艺类:剪纸、布贴、综合材料等创意手工作品
  四,大赛主题
  参赛者可任选以下主题:
  1.我眼中的世界
  观察生活点滴,描绘真实或想象中的美好世界。
  2.期待春天
  表达对希望、温暖与万物复苏的美好向往。
  3.万象更新(自选主题)
  围绕成长梦想、多元文化、节日庆典等内容自由创作。
  五,作品要求
  作品必须为原创;
  严禁抄袭、临摹或成人代笔;
  一经发现,将取消参赛资格。
  六、投稿须知
  投稿截止时间
  2026年6月25日24:00(北京时间)
  1,投稿内容:提交符合主题要求的原创作品照片。
  2,文件要求:JPG原图格式
  3,文件大小:1MB—2MB,图片清晰完整
  4,邮件标题:“2026国际少年儿童绘画艺术公益大赛投稿”+所在国家(地区)+联系方式
  5,文件命名:参赛作者姓名
  6,邮件内容请注明:
  作品名称、作品媒、作品尺寸(cm)、作者姓名、出生日期、作品完成时间

  8.有效性说明
  不符合以上要求的作品将不予参评(组委会不另行通知)。
  七、奖项设置
  各年龄组分别设立:
  一等奖1名
  二等奖2名
  三等奖3名
  入围奖若干名(入围奖约占该组参赛人数的15%—20%,具体视作品质量而定)
  八、荣誉与展示
  所有获奖者均可获得电子版荣誉证书(免费);
  纸质证书可根据个人需要自愿申请,相关制作及邮寄费用由申请人承担;
  所有获奖及优秀入围作品将有机会参加国际线上展览展示。
  全球网络展:
  所有获奖及入围作品将在国际社交媒体线上展厅展示。

  2026 International Youth&Children's Art Competition
  Dear Teachers,Parents,and Young Artists,
  The Organizing Committee of the 2026 International Youth&Children's Art Competition would like to express its sincere gratitude for the enthusiastic participation and support received from schools,art institutions,teachers,parents,and young artists around the world.
  The original submission deadline was scheduled for May 20,2026.During the competition period,the Organizing Committee received numerous requests from art institutions,teachers,and participating families asking for additional time to prepare and submit artworks.
  After careful consideration,the Organizing Committee has decided to extend the submission deadline to:
  New Submission Deadline
  June 25,2026,11:59 PM(Eastern Time,Canada)
  All artworks submitted before the original deadline remain fully valid and will be evaluated normally.
  Participants who have already submitted entries are welcome to continue creating and submit additional artworks within the competition themes.
  We warmly welcome more children and youth from around the world to participate and share their creativity through art.

  Mission
  The competition aims to build an artistic bridge across cultures and continents,inspiring creativity,imagination,and global awareness among children and youth.

  Eligibility
  The competition is open to children and youth aged 3–18 years old worldwide.
  Age Categories
  -Group A:Ages 3–6
  -Group B:Ages 7–10
  -Group C:Ages 11–14
  -Group D:Ages 15–18
  Each age group will be judged independently.

  Painting
  Watercolor,oil painting,acrylic,markers,traditional Chinese painting,and other painting media.
  Calligraphy
  Brush calligraphy and hard-pen calligraphy.
  Handicrafts
  Paper-cutting,collage,mixed-media crafts,and other creative handmade works.

  Participants may choose one of the following themes:
  The World Through My Eyes
  Observe everyday life and depict real or imagined worlds through your own unique perspective.
  Looking Forward to Spring
  Express hope,renewal,warmth,and vitality through artistic creation.
  A World Renewed(Open Theme)
  Create freely around festivals,dreams,cultural diversity,personal growth,or any inspiring subject.

  Entries will be reviewed by a panel of distinguished artists,educators,and art professionals from different countries and cultural backgrounds.

  Awards
  Awards will be presented separately within each age category.
  Each age group will include:
  -First Prize(1 Winner)
  -Second Prize(2 Winners)
  -Third Prize(3 Winners)
  -Finalist Awards(approximately 15–20%of participants,depending on the quality of submissions)

  Recognition
  -Digital certificates will be provided free of charge.
  -Printed certificates are available upon request.Production and shipping costs will be charged only to applicants who choose to receive a printed copy.
  -Participation in the competition and online exhibition is completely free.
  -No registration fee or judging fee will be charged.

  Global Online Exhibition
  Award-winning and selected finalist artworks will be showcased through international social media platforms and online galleries.

  Copyright&Permission
  By submitting an artwork,participants grant the Organizing Committee the right to display submitted works in online exhibitions,social media promotions,and non-commercial educational publications,with proper credit given to the artist.
